Road To College Success human-sized game
Road To College Success is an interactive board game and instructional tool used to prepare high school students and college freshmen for the transition to college life.
Players have 3 goals: to register for 4 classes, manage their personal student budget, and discuss scenarios that could arise during college life.
It’s a creative way to generate discussion on these 5 college topics:
Dorm living (we adjust this topic for community colleges)
Social life
Money management & budgeting
Academic Scheduling and Management
Health & Safety
It comes in a tabletop and human-sized version.
The tabletop version (most popular) can be placed on a standard desk. The human-sized version is 20 x 15 feet. It has 4 corner strips, and a center board piece. You need a fairly large space, like a gym or cafeteria to lay it out for play. Both products are printed a tear-resistant banner paper. Best for grades: 8th through 12th and college freshmen
